About Me.
Hello! I’m Jean, Strategic thinker & Creative Visionary. I have over a decade of experience working in the financial services, primarily investment banking, in London, UK. I have worked in a variety of roles including chief of staff, banking operations, client services, transaction reporting, and policy serving global banks such as Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse, UBS, Barclays and HSBC.
I have a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Oxford, a BA in Theology from Durham University and a Masters in Biblical Studies from the University of Edinburgh.
I have over 20 years of volunteer in my local church where I have served in a number of different positions including conference planner, small group leader, overseer of university campus churches, audio production, service planner, worship team/choir member, usher and cleaner.
I am currently a school governor at St Gabriel's College and serve as a trustee on the board of the Good Faith Foundation. Whilst at Oxford, I was elected Co-President of my MBA class.
In my spare time, I host a monthly podcast on good Christian books called 'Have You Ever Read...?' and write devotionals for Bible.com. I support Arsenal football club and enjoy watching sports particularly the Olympics and Wimbledon!
I am passionate about God being glorified in all the earth. I help Christian leaders in for profit and not for profit organisations achieve their God-given vision by providing clarity and direction. I do this by combining my business experience and education alongside my academic studies and personal faith to find practical and creative solutions for leaders who find themselves stuck in a rut.

Testimonials.
“We have really loved working with Jean. We’re in a start-up phase as a new charity working in the space of public theology, with many opportunities and challenges. Jean’s valuable advice and input has helped to know where to focus and the key questions we should be asking. Would 100% recommend her services!"
