About
Me

Hello! I’m Jean — a strategic thinker, creative visionary, and trusted guide for Christian and values-driven leaders navigating AI, strategy, and organizational change.

I bring over a decade of experience in London’s financial sector (Morgan Stanley, Barclays, HSBC, and more), combined with theological training from Durham, and Edinburgh.

As an MBA graduate from the University of Oxford and a long-time servant in my local church, I uniquely blend business strategy, operational clarity, and faith-driven purpose to help leaders get unstuck and move forward with confidence.

I currently serve as a school governor, a trustee at the Centre for Cultural Witness, and host a podcast on Christian books. I also write devotionals for Bible.com and—on weekends—cheer for Arsenal.

FAQs
Is AI compatible with Christian values?
Yes. AI is a tool; wisdom is in how we use it. I help you adopt AI in ways that honour stewardship, integrity and service—keeping human oversight central so technology amplifies ministry, not replaces relationships.

Will AI replace our staff?
No. The goal is to remove busywork so your team can focus on people and mission. Think of it as a productivity multiplier—not a headcount reducer.
What if we're not tech-savvy?
Perfect—that’s who I serve. I implement simple, safe tools and provide hands-on training and support. If you can use email, you can use the tools I recommend.

How much does AI implementation cost and what's the ROI?
I always start with a low-cost assessment to explore what’s possible for your team. From there, you can choose a simple setup of one or two tools, or a broader implementation project if it’s a good fit. The goal is to create quick wins that save you time and build confidence before making a bigger investment.

How quickly will we see results?
Quick wins (like automated acknowledgments or meeting summaries) often show up in the first 1–2 weeks. Broader efficiency gains follow over 60–90 days, depending on scope and team adoption.

Can you help with strategy or ethics beyond AI?
Absolutely. I also support leadership teams with broader strategy, governance and ethical decision-making—grounded in my MBA (Oxford), finance background and theological training.

Is this GDPR-compliant and safe for our data?
Yes. We prioritise privacy, safeguarding and data protection from day one—using vendor settings and policies that align with UK GDPR and your internal standards, and training your team on responsible use.
